We ship with PostNL or DPD as standard. If you'd like to use express postal services such as UPS or FedEx, shoot us a message before placing your order.
Within the Netherlands — FREE
Europe — mostly FREE, some exceptions apply to large orders
Rest of world — €15
If your order exceeds 2 kgs, shipping costs may rise.
If you'd like to be able to track your package (applies to customers outside of the Netherlands, as track & trace is already included otherwise), shoot us a message before placing your order so that we can make the necessary arrangements.
How long do I have to wait for my botanicals to arrive?
All products are made by hand, from mixing, to bottling, labeling, and packaging. The aim is to have your order is in the mail system within two days. From there, it depends on how far away you live! Normally though, it arrives within a week.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns are at this point unfortunately not possible. In the unlikely event that there is a problem with the product(s) that you ordered, please use the contact form to get in touch, and we will solve the matter.
